My client based in Jersey City (New Jersey) has an immediate requirement for a Application Support Specialist / Business Systems Engineer who can manage the ongoing support and effectiveness of my clients portfolio of Business Systems Applications (inc. Business Critical), as well as ensuring that all Applications comply with my clients stringent Product Management Framework .
My client has established itself as an industry leading International Insurance firm within its specific target sector, additionally they also have offices right across the globe and this position may involve travel to other sites as and when required.
Offering massive room for personal growth and development, this position will allow the post holder to maximise their potential by working with the business users to ensure that the business requirements are satisfied at all times to the highest degree. The client anticipate that this role will morph over time (dependent upon the candidate appointed) into a more senior position as the long term prospects for this position are very exciting.
Please note that due to the specific nature of the role, my client are only interested in seeing candidates with commercial insurance industry experience.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
In addition, the role would ideally suit a candidate who has an understanding/background of Infrastructure Support as this would be beneficial to the post holder in their day to day duties.
