Description Senior GUI developer working on the next generation CitiFX Velocity GUI.Qualifications 8+ years of total work experience that includes construction of attractive, feature rich, high performance C#/.NET WinForms and WPF applications for electronic trading of financial securities/products (example: FX, Equities, etc.)Wall St. experience working with trader applications Four year degree in Computer Science, Math, Physics or Engineering.Good communication skillsStrong work ethic with focus on adding value to the teamAbility to acquire the necessary business knowledgeAbility to build flexible, easy to maintain software systems employing design patterns and best coding practicesStrong grasp of the fundamental concepts: data structures, concurrency control (threading), object oriented design, distributed systems designStrong track record in building desktop client applications for Windows environment utilizing the following skills/technologies: C#/.NET Win Forms/ WPF / .NET Framework 3.5, Custom Controls / Custom Painting, SyncFusion Controls, CAL Framework
