This position is based in Tampa, FL and is part of a global application development and support organization, specialized in Anti-Money Laundering monitoring solutions. The position will interact with teams and users in all regions and will be involved with the implementation of strategic AML monitoring solutions across the firm.
Key responsibilities of this position includes:Manage local and offshore development resources. Interface with key stakeholders from business and technology partners. Build strong partnership with US and global Compliance business and Shared Services organizations. Define and Implement strategic AML monitoring solutions across the firm.
Qualifications
Knowledge/Experience: 7+ years of experience with managing local and remote team. 7+ years of experience with managing development projects. 10+ years of development experience with focus on web application development. Master degree in computer science, engineering or MBA a plus PMP certification a plus
Skills: Strong analytical skill. Strong verbal and written communication skill. Strong organization and planning skills. Ability to manage team of technologists working concurrently on multiple projects and deliverables. Ability to guide and motivate a global team. Proven experience with AML solutions.
