    The Account Manager is responsible for selling Complinet products within an assigned financial services named account base. Responsibilities include setting sales appointments, making independent sales calls and presentations, cold calling and closing sales. Individual meets with customers in a consultative, face to face selling environment in such a way that builds value for the customer and facilitates opportunities for future sales.  
      
    Responsibilities:

    • Generate new business and acquire new clients in the Tier 1, 2 and 3 Securities, IA and Banking sectors.
    • Attains sales targets and quotas.
    • Obtains and provides territory information regarding market intelligence and penetration.
    • Completes required sales reporting.
    • Attends sales meetings as required.
    • Hit Key Performance Indicators(KPI) designed to enable outperformance of quarterly revenue quota. These include:
      • Activity rates (calls & meetings).
      • Sales pipeline development & management.
      • Developing account plans.
      • Managing existing renewable revenue and seek out opportunities to cross sell additional services.

    Qualifications:

    • 3-5 years plus of proven, successful outside sales experience in a face to face, consultative selling environment on a business to business (B2B) subscription service model and/or sales experience selling software as a service (SAAS) with key/named accounts. (Financial Services industry experience an advantage)
    • Persistent & self motivated.
    • Ability to manage a complex buying process with the ability to empathize and consider all perspectives of the buying process.
    • Strong communication skills with high energy levels, persuasive and consultative style.
    • Naturally competitive, enjoys being part of a team and be an achiever.
    • 4 year college degree or equivalent experience.
    • Working knowledge of sales concepts, methods and techniques.
    • Ambitious self-starter with high energy and motivation.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Effective time management skills.
    • Proficient in MS Office/Internet.

    Base salary plus eligible incentives based on individual and sales region performance, outstanding benefits package and extensive training and support.
