The Equity compensation Unit business is going live with a new application, and the candidate is to help develop, design and implement as well as migrate their business from a legacy system to a more robust solution. We are seeking additional staff to build out this application to support current and future growth.
Qualifications
BS or MS in Computer Science or MIS with 8-10 years of hands on development experience. Hands-on experience of core Java, Oracle database and ETL process. Knowledge of Business Objects, Documentum or Abinitio is highly desirable Strong Oracle database, PL/SQL Must be highly motivated with excellent communication skills to effectively interact with developers & project stakeholders. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and maintain database model. Collaborate with Equity Compensation Unit. Perform data analysis. Collaborate with firms' technology infrastructure group to achieve synergies and optimization. Interface with infrastructure groups to remove any potential operational obstaclesJob Background/Context: The CTU business manages equity for employees and former employees of Citigroup and its business units.
