Description Project Leader for GTS Technology US Custody application. A knowledge of the Custody business is a key requirement with focus around Settlement Processing.Work in challenging and diverse environment. Lead a group of 3-5 programmers. Create functional and technical design documents. Oversee and participate in coding and testing activities. Negotiate a diverse set of client and customer expectations.Qualifications At least 8 years of coding and testing programs using COBOL, CICS, DB2, JCL, MQ Series. Knowledge of flowcharts, Microsoft Project. Writing extensive specs. Creating Functional Requirement and Technical Design Documents.The position requires a dynamic individual with proven leadership and execution skills. Self-starting. Strong administrative skills. Excellent communication skills. Ability to interact with all levels of internal and external management.
