The Account Executive is responsible for managing and growing an assigned book of business through account rounding and cross selling opportunities. The Account Executive is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with the Clients. The Account Executive Monitors insurance and risk management needs, recommending appropriate coverage, securing renewals, including identifying appropriate insurance markets, negotiating binding and placing coverage. May identify, solicit, and develop new pieces of business with existing Clients, or develop new business opportunities. Responsible for documentation, record keeping, and Client Service Plans in accordance with Client’s quality standards. Manage his/her own budget within expense guidelines. Ensure service from all divisions is completed. Work with the Producer to design individual Client / Prospect risk management programs.
