Position Description:
The incumbent would work on projects related to risk mitigation, improving liquidity and managing capital.

Responsibilities include:

- Assist with plans to unwind and de-risk assets/businesses

- Restructure AIG's funding plans

- Achieve efficient use of capital, dividend mobility

- Drive non-domestic coordination of Treasury function

- Research best uses of business losses for Tax reduction

- Oversee and report on a large portfolio of projects

- Outline cash flow management process post FED

Position Requirements:
- Experience with rating agency issues, create rating agency models, demonstrated knowledge of regulatory issues (capital models)

- Familiarity with insurance products and regulations

- Manage multiple large scale high level treasury projects - able to multitask, deeply organized, knowledge of a project methodology would be helpful.

- Effectively interact with associates up to the C suite, across to peers in different functions. Experienced in negotiation tactics, able to lead, influence.

- Communicate detailed complex issues in lay terms, with a comfort level creating and presenting information. Write and speak capably

- Knowledgeable of technology and the possibilities it can create. Experience with business process engineering would be helpful.

- Collaborative, comfortable working in a team oriented environment. Able to work independently, self motivated, engaged
