Description:

Chartis has an opportunity for a Actuarial Manager within Private Client Group.

As an Actuarial Manager in the Private Client Group, you will be responsible for the following:

Maintains auto rate competitive analyses including lifestyle risk comparisons for all states, update and generation of class plan analyses versus top writers, which includes territorial analyses and underwriting structures and traditional class plan comparisons.

Maintains competitive analyses in tandem with the pricing schedule.

Manages competitive analyses for Homeowner and other lines in the same manner as auto.

Creates and maintains status reports that summarize leading writer rate activity, etc.

Supports Marketing and advertising copy that is rate related.

Conducts competitive analyses in accordance with sales staff specifications for marketing proposals within allotted timeframes.

Completes State Insurance Department and other premium comparison surveys.

Serves as liaison with AI Advertising on rate related marketing kit issues.

Participates in new state competitive analyses.

Performs General Supervisory Duties as required.

Completes other duties as assigned.
