(CPA) Financial Controller needed for midtown firm

Must be conversant  in US GAAP, IFRS and UK GAAP technical standards.  

Duties and Accountabilities:

Management Reporting, Forecasting and Planning
1.    oversee accurate completion of the month end management close/reporting cycle
2.    complete monthly management forecast for NA entities in partnerships
3.    Preparation of annual budgets and three year plan
4.    Operate as the Group’s leading internal expert of US GAAP standards and reporting

Accounting and Treasury
1.    Deliver year end statutory accounts packs for submission in accordance with relevant Group GAAP (currently UK GAAP)
2.    Preparation of consolidated financial statements under US GAAP for a sub-consolidated group representing a partnership.
3.    Oversee annual audit while controlling cost
4.    Provide key knowledge of city, state, and federal tax systems with tax director
5.    Develop and maintain internal control standards
6.    Apply treasury management and investment policy across all NA entities
7.    Work with Group Finance to deliver working capital reporting requirements
