Strategic focus within the Finance team to support emerging financial strategies and initiatives.  Manage the day to day external reporting and management reporting functions of the Corporate Finance group with a staff of 20+ professionals.  Superior financial technical skills as well as superior communication and presentation skills for external audiences including investors, 3rd parties, and external auditors.  Oversee the preparation of all monthly, quarterly and annual external financial statements ensuring compliance with all authoritative guidelines.  FASB and regulatory authorities.  Oversee management reporting ensuring accurancy and timeliness of reporting to ownership group.  Oversee all external financial audits, including all legal entity financial statements, Reg AB, USAP, SAS 70, 401K and other agreed upon procedures.  Anticipate future accounting /regulatory changes that effect financial statements or accounting treatment and advise management on impact and necessary actions.  Drive change management processes within reporting group.  SEC reporting and familiarity with Sarbanes Oxley required.  CPA and/or MBA preferred.
