Job description :
Our Client is looking for:
• Deep bankruptcy expertise, including exposure to credit/workout issues involving suppliers, customers, distributors and resellers;
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex matters independently; and
• Active membership and good standing in at least one state bar, New Jersey preferred.
Who we are looking for :
This position requires an attorney with:
• Excellent credentials, including having graduated from a top-25 law school;
• 7+ years of experience in the bankruptcy practice of a top firm plus some in-house experience;
