Job description :
Global Asset Manager is looking for a mid to senior level compliance officer with a diverse compliance background. The candidate must have a JD and be strong in reviewing marketing materials.
Who we are looking for :
Leading Asset Manager is looking for a compliance officer with 4-8 years of legal/compliance expertise. The ideal candidate will have 40 Act mutual fund or Investment Advisory hedge fund expertise. A broad based compliance background is required and any transactional legal experience would be a plus. This role will report into the General Counsel and the Chief Compliance Officer of the firm.
