A great opportunity has arisen as a Human Resources Generalist at this financial services firm. This role will have an analytical focus, with an emphasis on compensation and recruitment. The main responsibilities will include: Full service Human Resources Generalist functions Full cycle recruitment for all levels within the firm. Experience recruiting all levels from non exempt to director, management positions. Handle all employee relation issues Provide full support to employee and management. Consultant approach for all employees Performance management support. Year end comp.
Who we are looking for :
The successful candidate will have a four year Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years experience as a HR Generalist, preferably from a large financial services firm. This candidate will be analytical. Must have superb communication skills. Great energy and a passion to succeed a must. Ability to multi task.
