The Portfolio Management team in New York is primarily responsible for managing first and second lien debt, subordinated debt, warrants, equity co-investments and commitments to private equity funds. The succesful candidate will be responsible for working on the Industrial transactions within the Portfolio team, and will involve the fundamentals of leveraged finance, credit analysis, financial modeling, loan documentation and many aspects of private equity. Who we are looking for :
The successful candidate will have one to four years experience at either an analyst or associate level working within leverage finance or portfolio management on industrial transactions. Whats on offer :
