Our client seeks a Lead Designer to lead design and development of Identity Management services. This person will be interacting with a broad spectrum of team members including application developers, consultants and business analysts, both onshore and offshore. You will leverage existing technical design and infrastructure to support Single Sign On across applications within the Portal Platform. This position will be responsible for writing the Technical Design Document, performing Code Reviews and suggesting Code optimizations and tracking project schedule progress.
Qualifications
* 7+ years of systems development and implementation experience in Java or Microsoft Technologies, who can lead the technology team.
* Capable of designing technical solutions based on FRDs and ad-hoc Business Requests.
* Should be able to assess performance & scalability impacts of proposed solutions
* 5+ years of hands on experience working with J2EE environment.
* Adept at Microsoft Technologies (ASP.NET, C#, SQL SERVER 2005, SharePoint 2007, Web Services and XML)
* Hands on experience with implementing Web services.
* Strong knowledge and experience with implementing web services security in a prior project is required.
* Extensive experience working with WebSphere Application Server and RAD IDE or Eclipse.
* Working knowledge of Digital Certificates, Certificate Authorities, OCSP and digital certificate verification.
* Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a business degree with a computer science minor or related discipline.
