INSTITUTIONAL BROKERAGE FIRM IS IN NEED OF AN EXPERIENCED SENIOR CLIENT SERVICES/ACCOUNT MANAGER TO MANAGE THEIR RELATIONSHIPS WITH TEIR BROKER DEALER CLIENTS. THE CLIENT BASE IS RETAIL BROKER DEALS, INSURANCE BROKER DEALERS, BANK BROKER DEALERS AND MONEY MANAGERS. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE ASSURING THAT THE CLIENTS ARE PROPERLY SERVICED AND THAT THEY ARE RECEIVING THE MOST OPTIMUM SERVICE FROM THE FIRM. THE ACCOUNT MANAGER WILL OVER SEE A SMALL GROUP OF CLIENT SERVICES STAFF THAT WILL HANDLE THE DAY TO DAY ISSUES AND WILL MAKE THE ACCOUNT MANAGER AWARE OF ANY PROBLEM AREAS OR TREND AND WILL ESCALATE ANY ISSUES AS NEEDED. THE POSITION INVOLVES TRAVEL FOR FACE TO FACE MEETINGS WITH THE CLIENT AND WILL BE INVLOLVED IN ANY TRAINING NEEDS AND ASSISTING WITH NEW PROCEDURES AND SYSTEMS THAT WILL BE ROLLED OUT THE THE CLIENTS. QUALIFIED CANDIDATES MUST HAVE A COLLEGE DEGREE AND AT LEAST 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN A FINANCIAL SERVICES FIRM IN A CLIENT SERVICES POSITION, TRADE SUPPORT POSITION OR AN OPERATIONAL LIASION POSITION WHERE THEY HAD EXTENSIVE CLIENT CONTACT. KNOWLEDGE OF EQUITIES, FIXED INCOME,MUTUAL FUNDS NEEDED AS WELL AS BROKERAGE OPERATIONS PROCEDURES- SUCH AS TRADING , NEW ACCOUNTS,ORDER MANAGEMENT, AND COMPLIANCE PROCEDURES.
