The main responsibilities of this role include: Health and Welfare benefits Administering 401(k) Handle other benefit programs Communicate with vendors/ negotiate Provide an analytical eye when it comes to competitive benefit program changes. This successful candidate will hold a 4 years bachelor degree and have at least 5 years experience in the Human Resources space within a financial services firm.
