AVP - Financial Reporting
Prominent international bank is seeking to add an accounting professional to its controllers group. This person wiill be responsible for managing one junior staff person and will get involved in all financial reporting, including financial statement preparation, balance sheet analytics, IFRS/IAS/GAAP accounting/conversion and a variety of special projects.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in public accounting or mix of public and private, with some of that experience within the financial services sector. Solid financial reporting/financial statement preparation experience is necessary and exposure to IAS/IFRS would be strongly preferred. A CPA certificate would be a plus.
