Privately held – highly successful/stable firm seeks a premier .NET architect who is hands on technically.
Must be able to create, from scratch, complex systems for a hedge fund environment.
Must have experience with WCF and database/data warehousing. Will be working with large volumes of data in complex financial instruments.
Technically – seeking WCF, strong SOA and deep SQL Server. Any experience with LINQ and Hosting of services is highly preferred.

Must have some experience in the financial community – e.g. Equities, Fixed income, Options, Futures … ideal to have Hedge Fund and/or Portfolio Accounting exposure.
This role is for a Senior Developer/Architect to help build out a Security Master.
Ideally with the following skills:
5+ Years of C#: Service Architectures (WCF OR ASMX)
5+ Years of Microsoft SQL Server
5+ Years of Financial Exp: Back/Middle Office
Any Risk Analysis Experience would be a plus.
The project is to build out a shared security master and market data archive, in addition to upgrading the firm’s existing data architecture to a service-based model.
A senior developer, well versed in complications faced by hedge funds trading in complex instruments, as well as experience with service oriented architectures would be ideal.
Must be able to mentor and lead design and development efforts.
MUST have over 5 years of .NET experience – focused on the mid/back office (not UI focused) with SOA.
Can be either Winforms or Webforms – need great architect with SOA to work with a complex, fluid database
HUGE draw for a true technologist- it is brand new Architecture and development - critical to the entire organization.
