Job Description
Large International Bank in Miami looking for several compliance analysts with experience in transaction monitoring for operating accounts (both individual and corporate).
Candidates must know how to review transactions from initial flag through entire history of activities and be able to determine if transaction needs further investigation.
The Compliance Analyst position is responsible to respond and document daily profile or report exceptions. The position is also responsible to provide support to the senior analyst on issues related to the daily exceptions.
Responsibilities:
- To provide support to the Compliance Department in the review of the customer base in accordance with the level of risk and the frequency defined by each customer ( High/ Medium and Low)
- To maintain a control of documentation logs if applicable.
- Responsible for adherence to Bank’s policies and regulatory guidelines, particularly those related to the U.S.A. Patriot Act, The BSA and other AML regulations.
- Also Compliance Analyst I is responsible to refer any suspicious activities to the Compliance Manager and/or the BSA Officer.
Requirements:
- At least two or three years experience in Compliance
- College degree.
- Attention to detail and analytical skills are as important and good verbal and written communication skills in
- Languages: English/Spanish and English/Portuguese
