Job Description
Audit Manager-Your experience as a BIG FOUR or bank field examiner with the demonstrated ability to lead large teams of at least 5 people on audit/ field exams of corporate and middle market customers involved in acquisition, buyouts, refinance and recaps. These multi-division and multi-location clients and prospective clients would be entering into lending transactions with complex structures including term loans, revolving credit lines and other loan structures among multiple industries. Travel requirements 40%, unrestricted authorization to work in the US, ability to coach and train an audit staff. 5-7 years audit or underwriting experience, BS in accounting or finance required. Salary range $95-120K
