Job Description
My client, a top tier investment firm is seeking a P&L Controller for the Leveraged Lending and Corporate Credit desk. He/ She will supervise the Controllers responsible for daily P&L, month end close, P&L Attribution. Daily / weekly / quarterly commentary preparation. Sign-off/preparation of quarterly disclosures. Balance Sheet review (aged receivables/inventory), Ad hoc Projects (process improvements/IT upgrades). Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance. 6 - 10 years of product control experience preferred. Loan product knowledge preferred, Credit products is a plus but not required. This position requires heavy interface with the Traders, Valuation Quants and Operations. Staff of 3 professionals. Strong leadership and communication skills are required.
