Job Description
Senior level tax professional familiar with corporate, insurance and international tax. This includes research, planning and compliance relates services. Able to be a self starter and run with projects with minimal oversight. Familiar with Insource/Fasttax tax compliance services and able to review income tax returns. Familiar with property casualty insurance and reinsurance and life insurance tax/regulatory and accounting issues, including merger and acquisition related issues, SSAP 10 issues and FAS 109. Familiar with international tax related issues. Able to manage and mentor staff. Job Qualifications: MBA, CPA or legal degree. 9 plus years of extensive tax experience in either a large public accounting firm or from the tax department of a large insurance or reinsurance company. The successful candidate for this position is likely to have a minimum of 9 years of experience. Education: MBA, CPA or legal degree Will Relocate
