Job Description
I have an opportunity with a financial institute located in Seattle, Washington. They have been in business for 11 years and have 175 million in assets. They are looking to bring on a AVP/VP Commercial Lender to be based in their Seattle branch.
This is the only natural step bank in the US. They are committed to insuring environmentally sustainable community development.
This individual will need to posses the following requirements to perform the job:
1. 7-15 years lending experience 2. C&I Experience 3. Commercial Real Estate 4. Credit skills knowledge 5. Underwriting knowledge
The compensation for this position is negotiable and will depend on experience.
* Salary range =70-90k * Bonus – Semi-Annual based on individual performance * Competitive Benefits package and 401k
