Bankers on Call is a recruiting firm that specializes in placing people within the banking, brokerage, asset management and hedge fund community. As professionals, we strive to handle everything we do with utmost confidentiality. Once we receive your resume, we'll figure out what your short and long term goals are from both a financial and professional standpoint. When we have something that makes sense to us, we will then divulge the name of our client, nature of the position, salary compensation, what our clients are expecting short and long term, and what paths you can take down the road. If the position and client makes sense to you, we will then send your resume, and if it doesn't, we will continue the search.
Once our clients want to meet with you, we will then get together prior and go over the whole interview process. We'll let you know who you will be interviewing with, what they are like, as well as give you more information about the company and the nature of the job. We know our client's needs and expectations very well.
